All-Weather Training Facility

More than 4,000 recruits a year come to Training Center Cape May to take their first steps toward becoming men and women of the Coast Guard. As of today, there is no indoor track and training facility for the recruits to use incase of inclement weather. On average, there are 113 days of rain, snow or sleet that would prevent recruits from properly training.
